One notable success story from these test runs is 'The Wendy Williams Show,' which ran for 13 seasons on Fox stations. Interestingly, Fox stations also tested a talk show hosted by O'Connell in summer 2019, but it didn't move forward.
If the Scotto-O'Connell talk show becomes a hit, it will air across the Fox stations, including Fox 5 and outlets in major TV markets like New York, Los Angeles, and Chicago. This comes at a time when the Fox stations' daytime lineup is in flux, following the cancellation of 'The Wendy Williams Show' and its replacement, 'Sherri.'
